kitchen chemistry

My experment was yeast I was doing my experment  to find out what kind of reaction it would make when I put yeast sugar and warm water togther. You need: yeast sugar warm water spoons and a large bowl. Meathed: put yeast into a large bowl add 1/4 of cup of warm water and 1 tespoon of sugar  then wait for 10 min then you might see bubbles. The bubbles you see are carbon dioxied. The yeast feeds of the yeast wich makes more yeast and more carbon dioxied that is why yeast is used in bread.  Grace
