The only thing that broke in my house where some glasses in our bar. It was scary because
my dad was in Kiakora that weekend and coming down stairs with mum because the stairs
where shaking a lot! Zoe

When the earthquake happend I eas the only one down stairs it took a while for my dad to get down stairs.at my dads work a printer had smashed,shelfs fell over and every compute fell over.
My dads wherehouse 70% of the racking fell over even the metal was bent. we have about 5 cracks.We also did'nt get our power till sunday,after the earthquake we all slept in mum and dads bed.Our friend got their power about 8 hours after the earthquake.Maxim

I have been learning about how to measure water and the distance between some things. WAter i s measured in milli letres and litres. Water,milk and juice are all liquids.
We measure distance in metres. WE used a one metre ruler to find how far it was from room 5 to the flag pole.Ithink it was 30 metres.

Wool fibres hook together when soapy water is rubbed into it thats felting. Zoe
You put in really really hot water and you rub the felting all the hooks together you rub together for awhile and then you pull it out and put it in normal hot water.Mikayla Abbot
